ABOUT THE JOURNAL

Journal of Management and Sustainable Business is a scientific, peer-reviewed journal published by the Master of Management Program, Postgraduate School, Universitas Muhammadiyah Aceh. The journal publishes original research articles and scholarly reviews that contribute to the advancement of management science and sustainable business practices.

The journal provides a scholarly platform for academics, researchers, and practitioners to disseminate rigorous theoretical and empirical studies addressing contemporary management issues, including marketing management, human resource management, financial management, operations and supply chain management, and sustainability-oriented business strategies. Particular emphasis is placed on research that integrates sustainability principles, ethical governance, organizational resilience, and long-term value creation.

Journal of Management and Sustainable Business welcomes manuscripts employing diverse methodological approaches – quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods – provided that the studies demonstrate strong theoretical foundations and offer clear managerial, policy, or societal implications.
